Hangzhou Xizi OTIS is a joint venture co-founded by US OTIS Elevator Co. Ltd and Xizi Elevator Group on 12th March 1997. Xizi OTIS’ assets total over 700 million yuan. It employs more than 900 workers. Its annual capacity is 5,000 sets of elevators.
From 2016, we discontinued with Otis Brand. Now we are doing Xizi Brands. The product lines include elevators, escalators, moving walkways, and components. Xizi OTIS, one of the biggest elevator producers in China, provides services such as installation and maintenance.
Xizi OTIS has inherited Otis quality of 150 years. It bases design and development on concepts such as “original space” and “people only.” Xizi OTIS has absorbed the world-leading OTIS elevator technology and is a market watcher.
Xizi OTIS has localized OTIS technology and developed XO series of elevators including passenger elevators, escalators, moving walkways, hydraulic elevators, sightseeing elevators, hospital elevators, which feature advanced and reliable technology, stable performance, and an adequate variety of styles and colors.
Xizi OTIS gives first priority to a modern management system, adopts the advanced flexible manufacturing system. Its production and quality control system minimizes waste products and keeps stock at zero levels. Xizi OTIS dedicates to mass production and standardization while going out of its way to satisfy clients’ individual needs.
